Romesco sauce

It is a Romesco sauce made with hazelnuts and almonds. It is ideal to go with fish dishes, baked, steamed or grilled vegetables and also with salads like “xatonada”.

It is sterilized, and it has no jelly, or water, or thickeners. It comes from the union of the “Xató” sauce and the “Calçots” sauce.
