Olive “Allioli”

"Allioli" it's a spicy sauce made with garlic and oil. It contains no eggs and it is pasteurized to prevent heartburn. Made with 70% olive oil.

It is usually eaten with grilled meat and baked or boiled potatoes. In Catalonia it is typical with beans and "botifarra" (a kind of sausage), with lamb, rabbit and grilled toast. It is also common, as in Valencian Country, to eat with all kinds of rice or "paellas", especially those ones made with fish.
